The core of this framework is health, the outcome of practice. Components arising from the core include: Discipline - Foundation of practice including body of knowledge & nursing self-regulation processes - Include focus from narrow to broad Context - Practice setting - Includes macro to multi-system Nurse Practitioner - Includes novice to expert range Patient/client - Collaborator & recipient of care - Includes individual to communities Inquiry and evidence based practice support the core components.
