Henrietta Kubath was born 4 May 1825 in Ratzbuhr, Pommern, Germany (now Poland) to Johann Daniel Kubath and Caroline Wilhemine Ziebel Kubath.
She arrived in New York City on the ship Holsatia on December 7, 1871. With her were her children, William, Maria, Mathilda and Gustav.
Wife of Ludwig Plath, whom she married on March 12, 1852.
Mother of Johanna (Brunken), Leopold, William, Mary (Kusant), Mathilda, and Gustav.
