It is important to remember that your interpretation of the text does not have to be the same as ours. There is no right or wrong interpretation of a text when that interpretation is supported by evidence from the text. Consider the argument we make in our close reading, but pay more attention to the work we put in to get to that interpretation. While your focus and claim need not be the same as ours, it should have the same level of support.
