My nursing uniform
Relevance: The first time I wore my uniform was a big moment in my nursing career. It was a sign of changing from a student to a worker. As soon as I put on my scrubs, I felt more connected to nursing and understood the trust and duty that come with it. This event marked the start of my dedication to learning and improving the skills needed to care for patients. I want to be a nurse someday, and these scrubs will be a constant visual reminder of the kind service I will offer to patients.
A letter of acceptance to the Trent School of Nursing
Relevance: Getting the letter of acceptance into Trent School of Nursing was a turning point that made me even more sure of my choice to become a nurse. After a lot of hard work and determination, I finally got into an area that fits with my desire to help people. I am incredibly grateful to have this artifact as it serves as a constant reminder that I am making progress towards my goal of becoming a registered nurse and that I am on the correct track. It serves as a concrete symbol of my aspiration to significantly impact the healthcare system.
CPR Certification:
Relevance: Getting my CPR certification is an important step in my nursing education. It shows that I am dedicated to giving prompt, efficient care in an emergency. As nurses, our main goal is to make sure our patients are safe and healthy, and knowing how to do CPR is a skill that can save lives. Receiving the certificate shows that I am committed to learning important skills that will be very useful in clinical settings, where quick actions are often needed to save lives. The certification shows that I am ready to handle potentially dangerous scenarios with confidence and skill.
Workplace Violence and Harassment Training Certificate:
Relevance:The Workplace Violence and Harassment Training Certificate is an important document that shows I’m dedicated to making the healthcare workplace safe and polite for all patients and workers. To give the greatest treatment and protect the health of both patients and employees, nurses must maintain a safe environment. I now have the skills and information necessary to identify, stop, and deal with workplace harassment and violence, which will enable me to promote a courteous and upbeat healthcare environment. This artifact demonstrates my understanding of the value of professionalism, safety, and respect in the healthcare industry.
