Lab 3: BACKGROUND AND PROCEDURE
You should have received a hard copy of the background and lab procedure with your lab kit. If not, please refer to the Canvas announcement regarding lab 3, which contains a pdf of the procedure as an attachment.
You may complete the lab experiments on your own at any time this week.
The goal of this lab is for you to get some hands-on experience with electrophoresis, a centrally important biochemical lab technique. The at-home lab is a bit simplistic, but we offer it as a chance to review some of the molecular biology methods we have discussed in the course, and we hope you approach it as a fun change of pace.
