6 Accessibility in Hypertext Addressing the accessibility of in-text links can be achieved by custom CSS that will render any external link with the URL in only the Print PDF version. This was discussed at the July Cooking With H5P webinar, and references as well the BCcampus Accessibility Toolkit open textbook chapter on Making Links Accessible.
