Module 2 – Measure

Module 2 – Measure Measure Phase The second process step in Design for Six Sigma process, DMADVR, it is used to determine the definition of what the customer wants to create a specification. The specification defines the product or service in a way that is measurable, allowing data to be collected and compared with the specified requirements. This is essential for ensuring the final product meets the customer needs, defined in the first step Measure the customer requirements.
