Mine failed after almost a year of light use. It broke during the second use and can't be repaired. One star is generous.

I was skeptical at first, but this won me over within days. The build quality is excellent and every detail feels well thought out. Will definitely buy from Pez Candy, Inc. again.

I was skeptical at first, but this won me over within days. It handles everyday wear and tear better than pricier alternatives I've tried. Worth every penny.

Bought this as an upgrade from an older model and the difference is night and day. The build quality is excellent and every detail feels well thought out. Worth every penny.

Not bad, but there are better options out there. Some parts feel cheaper than the product photos suggest. Might work better for someone with lighter needs.

I've been using this frozen for several months now and it has been flawless. It handles everyday wear and tear better than pricier alternatives I've tried. Will definitely buy from Pez Candy, Inc. again.

The product I received looks nothing like the photos. The unit arrived with a defect and the replacement was no better. Requested a refund the same week.
