Mine failed after three months of light use. It broke during the second use and can't be repaired. Avoid this one — there are far better options.

This does almost everything I hoped it would. Everything works as advertised; the instructions could be clearer though. A safe pick if you need a dependable frozen.

After several months of use, my feelings are mixed. Performance is inconsistent — great some days, sluggish others. I'd shop around before settling on this one.

This was a waste of money, plain and simple. It broke during the second use and can't be repaired. One star is generous.

Ordered this after a lot of research and it did not disappoint. The build quality is excellent and every detail feels well thought out. If it ever wears out, I'll buy the exact same one.

The product I received looks nothing like the photos. The materials are so thin I can't imagine it lasting a month. One star is generous.

I was skeptical at first, but this won me over within days. It handles everyday wear and tear better than pricier alternatives I've tried. Will definitely buy from Creative Gourmand again.

Solid product overall — a few small things keep it from five stars. Build quality is good, though the finish shows fingerprints easily. For this price, it's hard to complain.

It works, though I expected a little more at this price. Some parts feel cheaper than the product photos suggest. Might work better for someone with lighter needs.
