Solid product overall — a few small things keep it from five stars. It's comfortable to use, though the sizing runs slightly small. Would purchase again, though I'd watch for a sale.

Bought this as an upgrade from an older model and the difference is night and day. The Generic quality really shows — sturdy, well finished, and reliable. Worth every penny.

After three months, problems started showing up. The stitching started coming loose within weeks. I'll be looking at other brands next time.

Good value for the price point, no major complaints. Materials feel durable, if a touch lighter than I expected. For this price, it's hard to complain.

The product I received looks nothing like the photos. It broke during the second use and can't be repaired.
