The product I received looks nothing like the photos. The unit arrived with a defect and the replacement was no better. One star is generous.

Solid product overall — a few small things keep it from five stars. Build quality is good, though the finish shows fingerprints easily. A safe pick if you need a dependable file cabinet.

Not bad, but there are better options out there. The design is nice, but practicality took a back seat. It stays, but I wouldn't buy it twice.

I wanted to like this file cabinet, but it has too many issues. The stitching started coming loose within weeks.

This is hands down the best file cabinet I've owned. Performance is consistent and it does exactly what the description promises. If it ever wears out, I'll buy the exact same one.

Mine failed after a couple of months of light use. It broke during the second use and can't be repaired. One star is generous.
