I wanted to like this candle, but it has too many issues. Customer support was slow to respond when I reached out about the defect. Can't recommend it at this price.

Bought this as an upgrade from an older model and the difference is night and day. The BODY & EARTH # LOVE quality really shows — sturdy, well finished, and reliable. If it ever wears out, I'll buy the exact same one.

Solid product overall — a few small things keep it from five stars. Materials feel durable, if a touch lighter than I expected. Recommended, with the small caveats above.

I've had this candle for almost a year and it's been very dependable. It's comfortable to use, though the sizing runs slightly small. Would purchase again, though I'd watch for a sale.
