How to decode a string encoded with JavaScriptStringEncoded?

Is there a method to decode a string encoded with HttpUtility.JavaScriptStringEncode() in C#?

Example encoded string:

<div class=\"header\"><h2>\u00FC<\/h2><script>\n<\/script>\n

My temporary solution is:
