Sometimes a labeled break or continue can make code a lot more readable. 

OUTERLOOP: for ( ;/*stuff*/; ) {
    //...lots of code

    if ( isEnough() ) break OUTERLOOP;
    //...more code
}

I was wondering what the common convention for the labels was. All caps? first cap?
