I'm using System.Text.RegularExpressions.Regex.IsMatch(testString, regexPattern) to do some searches in strings. Is there a way to specify in the regexPattern string that the pattern should ignore case? (I.e. without using Regex.IsMatch(testString, regexPattern, RegexOptions.IgnoreCase))
