What is both the naming and formatting standard for global variables in JavaScript?

For example:

var global_var // ?
var _global_var // ?
var GLOBAL_VAR // ?
var _GLOBAL_VAR // ?
...

Note: I am NOT talking about constants, just simply variables that have global scope.
