Remove %20 From the Url

I have a problem:

System.IO.Path.GetDirectoryName(new Uri(Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly().CodeBase).AbsolutePath)

This statement gives %20 for me. I want to remove this. Is there any way other than replace?
