SMART Goals
S.M.A.R.T goals are goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound
Short Term S.M.A.R.T Goal:
By the end of my 6th clinical placement session, I will take vital signs confidently and efficiently, while ensuring the patient’s comfort, as demonstrated through positive feedback from my clinical instructor and patient satisfaction.
Long-Term S.M.A.R.T Goal:
By the end of my first clinical placement, I will improve my patient communication skills by successfully educating at least eight patients on their treatment plans and receiving positive feedback on my clarity and empathy from my clinical instructor.
