SMART Goals are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timed goals. The purpose of SMART goals is to attain achievable results in the most effective way possible. Goal #1: I aim to develop a schedule that incorporates all aspects of my education including assignments, assessments, classes, and readings. I can measure this goal by tracking my progress by keeping tabs on the work I have done and need to complete. This goal is achievable through time management and organization, and is realistic because I prioritize my education and already have the time available to do so. The timeframe for this goal is the start of next semester, within the first week of classes. Goal #2: My personal goal is to become more open and proactive in building relationships with new people at university. I aim to expand my network and create meaningful connections. This goal is not measurable empirically, but I can follow the progress of this goal by reflecting on my efforts and the connections I make. I can work to achieve this goal by joining clubs, attending events, or engaging in conversations with classmates and professors. This goal is realistic, it requires me to step slightly outside my comfort zone and embrace new opportunities. I am to achieve this goal by the end of next semester
