Let the dough cool for a few minutes.
Knead the dough.
Make small to medium-sized rolls of the dough.
Flatten a ball and place it on the rolling board.
Lightly press and turn the dough.
Gently lift the roti from the rolling board.
Place the dough on a preheated medium hot frying pan.
Sprinkle a spoonful of water over the roti.
Flip the roti once the base has lightly cooked.
Lift the roti from the frying pan with a spatula or pair of tongs.
Remove the pan from the flame and replace it with the roti.
Flip the roti and lay the other side on the flame.
Serve the roti.
Cover the roti only once they're cool.
