Compress the area until the swelling goes down.
Elevate the affected area.
Take an over-the-counter pain reliever or anti-inflammatory medication.
Stretch the extensor muscles of your forearm.
Do a forearm flexor stretch.
Strengthen your forearm extensor muscles.
Strengthen your forearm flexors.
Do deviator muscle exercises.
Exercise your pronator and supinator muscles.
See a doctor if your pain persists, or you experience extreme symptoms.
Ask your doctor about corticosteroids.
