Set the pork loin on a rack in a roasting pan.

Use a meat thermometer to check that the pork is at 145 °F (63 °C).
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before eating.

Place the skillet in the oven for 10 minutes, until the pork is 145 °F (63 °C).
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork rest for 5 minutes.
